Grape Destemming Machine

This equipment is specially designed for peeling and pressing grapes.

This machine is designed for stripping grape bunches loaded into the hopper. The screw feeder delivers the bales into the cage during stripping. The stalks are discharged through the stalk outlet, while the berries are conveyed to a separate outlet. If crushing is required, rollers can be installed under the outlet. The separated berries are then transported to the collection port of the delivery pump or the collection tray, which is connected to a self-priming pump.

Machine Components

1. Loading hopper: Contains a screw conveyor that drags the grapes into the destemming basket.
2. Destemming basket: Separates berries from stems by rotating the destemming shaft, equipped with a rubber head.
3. Crushing device: consists of a food-grade knife set for crushing berries.
4. Straw outlet: The straw falls out from the end of the machine.
5. Motor: This is the control panel of the machine, including cables and plugs and the machine start button.
